For the past year I have given advice to other photographer friends to second shoot for other photographers as a way to gain more practice. Since the births of my children, I have limited how many weddings I am comfortable shooting a year. Well one day I saw a posting looking for second shooters and I decided to take the plunge and throw my name in the hat. Essentially taking my own advice.
Earlier this month I had the privilege to second shoot for Nadine Latief of Nadine Photography. She was super awesome work with and an experience I hope to do again. Watching another photographer work with a couple is very interesting. And it also lends itself for me to see things from a different angle.
